Description: Nationwide Insurance is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader for its Carolina territory (comprised of both North and South Carolina). This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities to drive profitable growth in direct and agent distribution channels for Nationwide. The position reports to the Vice President of Channel Marketing in Property & Casualty Marketing and works closely with regional leadership teams in their area of responsibility.

This position will have up to two direct reports and three to four indirect reports. They will have shared responsibility for managing the marketing spend for the regional profit & loss as well as direct and manage marketing budget for exclusive channels.
This role has shared accountability for channel performance, Brand Health, Brand Awareness, NOI (Net Operating Income), DWP (Direct Written Premium), and PIF (Policies in Force).
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, overall knowledge of Nationwide’s products and industry knowledge, successful track record in working collaboratively with teams, demonstrated strategic agility and problem solving skills, excellent organizational skills; must be able to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management, effective internal and external interactions and strong influencing skills to ensure the effective implementation of major projects and/or functional initiatives.
